Currently Head Coach with Gloucester Griffins and an assistant with the Capital Region Axemen, having previously coached seven different teams with the Minor Griffins program ranging from U13-U22 with both girls and boys. My experience on the field side is less extensive - currently the culture coach with Carleton Ravens and have coached three teams with the Nemesis club program. On the administrative side: I’ve created a winter box league called the NCLL, ran the competitive program with the Minor Griffins establishing a coaching mentorship program, and ran a coaching development program within the Griffins house league structure. Always seeking new ideas and better understanding of how to be the best coach for my players and the programs I’m lucky enough to work with.
